Friends DanielQ: What kind of young men were they?

Q: How might these young men have been able to help each other during their time together in Babylon? What types of activities might they have done? What sort of conversations might they have had?

Q: Have you ever heard the expression, "facing the fire"? These Hebrew men may have been able to see what was coming down the road-they had time to reconsider/talk themselves out of their stance. Why do you think they were able to press on and not waver?

Q: What characteristics do you see in their responses?

Q: Why are they so adamant about not worshipping the golden image?

Q: Do you think if it was just one of them taking this stand that they could have successfully done it?

Q: How important do you think it is to have the right type of friends to help you resist the pressure to conform to the world? (Scale of one to 10).

Summarize the end of the story in your own words.
