From September 1-3, hundreds of disciples will gather in Worcester, Massachusetts, for the New England Christian Conference. In the middle of the singing and fellowship, the preaching and the praying will be a focus on what God is doing in Europe and how we can all be a part of it.
Thierry Fender from Geneva, Switzerland, will once again be making the trip across the ocean. He will be sharing at the concluding Sunday service prior to communion. Thierry is remembered by all for his emotional and impassioned thoughts from this conference in 2005.
Shawn Wooten, new IMS Executive Director, will also be preaching and teaching. He will share at two classes on Saturday. The first is entitled, ???Here Am I, Send Me!??? This will be a devotional style class on missions and serving the poor and needy in Europe. Shawn will focus on opportunities to serve and help overseas. His second class does not specifically focus on Europe, but certainly captures the heart of God. It is called ???Faith Works.??? Shawn will teach along with Ken Lowey and Sajjan Sharma regarding our Father???s desire to help the needy.
Finally, Shawn will preach the theme message on Sunday ??? ???Jesus Forever.??? Thousands will gather to look ahead to our older brother and Savior, Jesus Christ, welcoming his children from all nations into heaven forever.
