Registration cost per person is $85; $95 after May 31st

Registration fee does not cover any housing, transportation to or from the conference, or meals.

On-line registration will close at midnight on June 30, 2008. You
can register when you arrive at the hotel in the “New Registration”
room. Registration will open on Thursday, July 3rd at 10:00am.
