To and from conference
- Shuttles from the New Orleans Airport run at about $90.00 one way.
For Baton Rouge Airport: Call Airport Shuttle at 225 933-7107 and make
a reservation for a shuttle. Please let them know your arrival time
and how many is in your party. The maximum number of riders per
shuttle is 6 people. The cost is $20 up to 4 people. It costs $5 for
each additional person. - Shuttle service to and from the Pete Maravich Center is provided.
- For those who drive into Baton Rouge – there are no parking fees at the Baton Rouge Marriott.
During conference:
- Hope has asked that all participants will be bussed into the work site on Friday
- Shuttling to the main sessions at LSU will be provided from the Marriott. If you drive yourself that is fine also.
- If you plan on renting a vehicle – book early (because of the music festival)- all car rental companies in the area are projecting to be sold out.
