Nearly 18 months ago, the church in Kiev, Ukraine began to implement youth and family ministry. The number of teenage disciples has grown from 11 to 43 disciples during that span of time.
Who says teens cannot contribute financially to evangelize the world? The Boston Church of Christ Teen Ministry gave $7000 to special missions this year.
God blessed the Los Angeles Church in 2008 with spectacular youth ministry growth. As of November, 65 teens had been baptized this year in LA Church.
The South Florida Church of Christ has enjoyed a resurgence of its youth ministries in the last three years. Following the 2006-2007 school year, the Palm Beach Region had 1 teen disciple. Since that time, more than 14 teenagers have been baptized. In the Broward County Region, 12 of its 15 seniors graduated from high school as disciples.
Recently, a mission team started a new campus ministry at the University of Connecticut. Nearly every member of that mission team grew up in the church, became disciples as teens, and now lead the charge for Christ at UConn.
