Are you an experienced educator with a passionate heart for children and the poor? The Goldstone School of HOPE worldwide is currently seeking a qualified teacher to serve as its International Teacher in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The Goldstone School is focused on academically talented Cambodian students regardless of their financial status. Many of the 300 students are from poor backgrounds and attend for free. The educational program is based on Christian values and combines Cambodian and English curriculums. The vision of the Goldstone school is to graduate leaders who can impact the future of Cambodia through Christian character and academic excellence.
Responsibilities of this position include:
· Teaching English to motivated Cambodian students from grades 4-10.
· Developing English language and other academic curriculum.
· Facilitating faculty training for local teaching staff.
· Coordinating public relations programs with international donors.
Requirements:
· 4 year undergraduate degree.
· Masters in Education preferred (but not required).
· At least 2 years actual teaching experience.
