Singles Ministry
The Boston Church of Christ has begun a search for a full-time Evangelist/Minister and Women’s Leader for the Singles Ministry. Boston is home to one of the largest single’s population in the country. According to Forbes magazine, Boston is considered to be one of the best cities for young professionals seeking employment, by offering career opportunities in some of the finest big and small businesses in the country. We need a man and a woman who are passionate about loving God, the church and reaching out to this vast population.
Full-time ministry experience required for both applicants. Responsibilities for each include but are not limited to preaching, teaching, planning services, training and ministering to leaders of small groups, coordinating fellowship and interaction with the over 500 singles in the Boston Church. It is expected that the applicants will be eager to work alongside the other 30 staff members and elders.

Spanish Ministry
We are also searching for a full-time Minister and Women’s Leader for the Spanish Ministry. This is a growing and vibrant ministry with over 500 current members in our Spanish Worship Center. This has been one of the fastest growing ministries and populations in the Boston area. We need a man and women who are passionate in their love for God and for the Latino community.
Full-time ministry experience required for both applicants and they must be bilingual. Responsibilities for each include but are not limited to preaching, teaching, planning services, training and ministering to leaders of small groups, coordinating fellowship and interaction with the over 500 Spanish speakers in the Boston Church. It is expected that the applicants will be eager to work in a team environment alongside the other 30 staff members and elders.

Worship Leader
This would be a part time position and the person we choose would assist the entire church in our Worship of God across all the ministries in the Boston Church. This person would need to be an experienced Worship Leader with skills including directing and leading worship, creating chorus’, training other worship directors, arranging music, composition, training our part singers, directing worship band musicians and coordinating with the various ministry staff across the church.
The Boston church is broken up into five Worship Centers and this person would help each of these Worship Centers to achieve our goal of worshiping God in a way that pleases God and inspires the congregation to deepen their connection with God. They would also oversee any all church worship services and the worship program in any of our larger events.

Campus Ministry
The Boston Church of Christ is seeking to hire an additional man and woman for full-time positions in the campus ministry. Boston is home to some of the most prestigious universities in the world; and is one of the largest college cities in the world with over 250,000 students. We need a mana and a woman who are passionate about loving God, the lost and the church to aid in ministering to this population.
This position would be a year-long commitment, and would entail ministering to a portion of the colleges and universities in downtown Boston alongside several other campus ministers. It also will include continued training by Kevin and Melissa Miller in areas of evangelism, studying the Bible with people, shepherding the ministry, and public speaking. The opportunity to participate in the New England School of Missions, lead by Doug Arthur, would also be included in the training portion of this position.
