Blessings to you my brothers and sisters around the world, from the church in Jerusalem. We would like to share with you our situation; not world-wise, which we also need prayers for, but God-wise. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May those who love you be secure.'” Psalm 122:6We are located in a sensitive area of the world. We are in a territory where 2 nations are claiming ownership, and still in the city of Jerusalem we live together, Jewish and Arabs willingly or not. It’s a place of tension, it’s a place of many religions.
This makes life here challenging and amongst 2 main religions that are opposing Jesus we are.
In addition to this, for more then 3 years now we don’t have a leader to the church.
We are 4 people attending church in Jerusalem and 2 more in the neighbor city of Bet-Lehem. (this is not an invitation for a Jesus trip. Us and them can meet only at a neutral place between the 2 cities but cannot visit each other homes)
I don’t think we will survive long without help from you, our brothers and sisters.
The near church is in Tel Aviv which is 1 hour drive. There are 16 people coming to church over there. All families. They are great comfort for us.
So, if you have the heart to come here and serve God, if you know he is sending you here, please contact us. We are looking for you.
Another thing, we need to finance our leader somehow, so, if any church is willing to sponsor, fully or partly, we are also in need of this kind of help. If individuals are willing to help, Amen, God blesses this kind of heart.
If you are Jewish or come from a Jewish background it will be much easier. We are looking for someone who would like to come for a long period of time.
