The Greater Las Vegas Family/Church is praying and seeking God’s will to hire either an Associate Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader and or a Minster and his wife (not yet appointed as an Evangelist) and or interns (men and women) who believe God is calling you into the full time ministry.

The GLV Family/Church is located in beautiful Las Vegas, NV. A world-class destination city with over 2 million souls. We are three hours from the Grand Canyon, Los Angeles and Zion National Park. Frank and Julie Williams passionately and humbly serve as our Lead Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader along side a wonderful executive leadership team. God’s Family/Church serves the middle and lower portions of Nevada while our sister church in Reno takes on the North. Our local college campuses include UNLV (12,000 students from ALL nations) and CSN.
The GLV Family/Church is blessed with amazing friendships/partnerships in Oahu, HI, LA Church, Guatemala Church, three churches in Peru, the Bay Area Christian Church along with the Phoenix Valley Church. We also support the S.W. Family of Churches through Youth and Teen Camps, retreats and conferences. Our fellowship of 218 Kingdom devoted Disciples includes a strong Marrieds Ministry, an exciting Teen Ministry, and a vibrant Campus Ministry.
Two positions we are searching for:
1. Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader or Minister and wife (Not yet appointed as an Evangelist)
• This couple will be responsible for building up the GLV Family/Church by working with the Family and LIFE Group Leaders in the Southeast. Developing strong partnerships/discipling and studying the Bible with Non-Christians who live in the Southeast are of Henderson, Boulder City and portions of Las Vegas. Helping the Williams with all GLV Family/Church services and other all church/ministry needs. Other ministry oversight such as Campus or Teens will be worked out with the Williams once in Las Vegas. 2. Interns for Teen and Campus Ministries:
• We are searching for humble interns with a dream to love and serve God and His people in the full time ministry. Our Teen and Campus Ministries are a vital part of God’s and our strategic plans in building His church. You can expect deep training in church building, expository preaching, hermeneutics, church history, Biblical counseling and much, much more through our Jonah Project ministry training program, as well as outside resources. Our goal is to properly equip you for the work of the ministry. You will also travel to Central and South America as apart of your on-going training. Please, take some time and look over the qualities below that we believe God desires in those who would serve and love His people in the GLV Family/Church.
We are looking for a couple with the following qualities:
• Humility – Regardless of your many or few years in the church; in light of Matthew 18:1-4 and Luke 11:1, are you willing to humbly learn, growing beyond the safety of the traditional religious status quo? We are seeking FIRST the full reign and rule of Christ, that in turn drives us to seek HIS righteousness on earth as it is in Heaven as seen in Mathew 4:17, 5-7.
• Faith/Vision – God is seeking those who possess His vision to see the GLV Family/Church NOT as she is today, but what Jesus sees His Family/Church becoming.
• Obedience – We recognize that Jesus commands us to obey the Great Commission by making Disciples, baptizing them AND teaching these Disciples to obey everything He has commanded. We see the world through the Beatitudes and the Sermon on the Mount which means we are willing to follow Jesus into uncomfortable arenas of obedience… loving our enemies, doing good to them, seeking FIRST His Kingdom that goes beyond Midweeks and Sundays and loving one another just as Christ loves us. In truth, if it would not happen in Heaven, it will not happen in the GLV Family/Church.
• Conviction – Jesus commanded Peter, “Feed My sheep” and Paul to Timothy, “Preach THE Word!” Our mission is to EQUIP DISCIPLES OF JESUS WHO MAKE DISCIPLES OF JESUS. One of our preferred methods of equipping the church/Disciples and reaching the lost is through expository preaching.
• Compassion – We believe God is looking for Disciples/church builders who are full of gratitude and compassion combined… To reach all people with the Gospel of the Kingdom of God throughout Las Vegas and beyond.
