Calling all disciples! We are in desperate need of a worship leader in Portland, Maine! God has blessed the church as the church was planted in September 2012 with 12 disciples and multiplied our church to 51 disciples in 21 months! This year we have seen 14 baptisms/restorations and God is multiplying the disciples rapidly. And our dream is to get to 80-100 disciples by the end of the year.
We have a great need for mature disciples to come and help mature and strengthen the 25 young disciples in our ministry. There is great joy and training occurring in Portland as we have seen great things happen in the in just under a year. We are training those who want to be send out into the full time ministry as well as those that desire to be great leaders in the kingdom of God. See attached IMS Update >>>
We have been blessed to have great talent and heart in Portland on our worship team as we have a great part singers and we are forming a worship band as we have a drummer, pianist and guitarist in place. We unfortunately lost the main worship leader as he is moving to relocate as he just got a promotion. Although we are happy for his promotion it really leaves the church in great need of leadership in worship as he was a main worship leader. We are looking for those that have the heart to lead and direct worship to come up to Portland Maine. We would like this person to come up sometime in July after the conference if possible as this brother is moving in the beginning of July. We are very excited about the vision of having a dynamic worship team directed by a talented and spiritual worship leader. We hope you can consider coming and help plant a church in Portland Maine. If you are interested please email us at MaineMission@gmail.com or you can call us at 207-619-4095.
