Greetings from Clemson, South Carolina!
Stacey and I helped plant the Church here in Clemson three and a half years ago! Wow! Itʼs hard to believe that itʼs already been that long! In that time we have seen God do
some amazing things!
We planted the Church with 13 men and women and started a new campus ministry with only one full time student. We will begin this Fall with a ministry of 55 members! 37 of those disciples make up our campus ministry.
As I said, God has done some amazing things! Because Stacey and I lead the entire group, it has become increasingly difficult for Stacey to juggle leading the women in both the campus ministry as well as the married
ministry…oh and letʼs not forget that we also have 3 beautiful children that she has to be mommy to. Our two daughters, Chloe (10) and Reese (7) and our son Tatem (2). So, with that being said, we are looking for an intern who can help Stacey lead the women in our campus ministry.
Here is what we are looking for: We are looking for a sister who has either recently graduated from college or who is really close. Someone who is very mature and hard working. She would be working closely with Stacey and the campus ministry leadership team. She must be able to lead women through the Bible Studies and help disciple them to maturity. She is also needed to help train, encouraged and be a good friend to the sisters both young and old in the faith. She must be confident and faithful and close to God. We would prefer this sister to have been a disciple for at least two years with leadership experience having recently served as a small group leader or intern.
The Intern position will be funded for a period of one year. We are looking for someone who can commit for that entire year beginning August 2012. This would be a great opportunity for a sister who is looking to take on the One Year Challenge or who is interested in getting ministry experience.
