Starting from scratch, seven disciples teamed up from our churches all over the world over the last two years to adapt the Noah narrative, record voice-overs, write original music, storyboard the artwork, create the animation and fine-tune each game.
There’s no debating that this generation of kids loves games even more than generations past. A national survey from the Pew Internet & American Life Project reports 97% of boys & 94% of girls play video games. In today’s mobile world, games are even more accessible for our young ones.
Some games are fun, harmless or even educational – others are not. We must all be on guard, taking great pains to limit what kind of media we and our children are taking in. But why should we let the world dictate what’s available? Why can’t we add our voice to the discussion?
