The Denver, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs Chapters of HOPE worldwide and the ICOC congregations in these areas continue to serve those impacted by the severe flooding. In partnership with the American Red Cross and Samaritan’s Purse, local HOPE worldwide/ICOC volunteers are “mucking out” houses, performing damage assessments and serving at bulk distribution sites in the affected areas. Hans Rasmussen and Andre Peterson are coordinating efforts at the local level.
Thanks to a generous donation from a long time HOPE worldwide partner, Heart to Heart International, 1,200 hygiene kits are being delivered to Colorado for distribution to those needing assistance. Local HOPE worldwide volunteers are doing a tremendous job of helping their neighbors in need.
