Reno, NV — The Education Alliance of Washoe County and Veteran’s Memorial Elementary School in Reno would like to thank the Reno Chapter of HOPE worldwide and Sherwin-Williams for donating time, materials, and labor to beautify the school campus. Twenty-five youth and adult volunteers from HOPE worldwide and Sherwin-Williams joined staff at Veteran’s Memorial on Saturday, April 12th – Global Youth Service Day. The group painted benches, curbs, and playground equipment, cleaned areas on the playgrounds, and made the school grounds look spectacular.
