After nearly a year of attending to church, studying the Bible and spending time with our campus ministry, Huáscar is now our brother in the faith. Rodrigo Solíz and Jose (Junior) Zavala shared before his baptism how they admired Huáscar’s desire to learn more about God and the Scriptures. Despite coming from another church, he was convinced that following Jesus was something serious.
Huáscar shared how the brothers helped him to humble to God and his Word and gave many thanks to everyone involved in the process of helping him understand this new life as a disciple of Jesus.
God continues to save regardless of religion, background or belief. He is the God who saves, “who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4).
