Ottawa is the capital of Canada – a political centre with a population of about one million residents. Ottawa is situated in eastern Ontario and borders Gatineau, Quebec. This year, Canada celebrates 150 years as a nation–and people continue to gather in the capital for a year of celebration.
The Ottawa Church is a community eager to grow in depth, strength and numbers, and support a leadership couple whose heart is to do the same. The church is striving to develop maturity and the church needs leaders to help articulate and realize a vision to serve the city.
We are looking for an experienced minister who has a strong relationship with God and his own family. He should have earned a reputation for love, humility and a heart to serve and raise others up in Christ. He should be well-trained in God’s word, and should have the dynamic leadership qualities that will inspire and equip a diverse church.

- Bible Based: We strongly believe the bible is the word of God and it is at the centre of everything we do. God’s word teaches, inspires and convicts us to live a spiritual life.
- Purpose: We believe God has given us a great purpose and we strive to make a difference in this world.
- Diversity: We are a church of 60+ members -primarily English and French speakers of diverse cultures and backgrounds who are devoted to loving God and each other.
- Family Atmosphere: We are a church of many young families as well as some families with teenagers and young adults.
