During the International Leadership Conference (ILC) last week in Miami, Robert Carrillo was taken to the hospital for abdominal pain.
He has an infection in his abdomen called diverticulitis and will be on IV antibiotics for a few days. When the infection has been lowered, he will return home for further treatment including possible surgery. The treatment is going well and hopes to be home soon.
Robert Carrillo is the lead evangelist for the San Diego Church of Christ who many know from his moving appeals to help the poor through HOPE worldwide. He also delivered a stirring message in the opening session of the ILC on prayer.
Robert appreciates everyone’s prayers and is greatly encouraged by all the love and concern.
