We have good news for you from Bergen!
Elisabeth, a first-year college student from Bergen, was baptized last night. As we read Acts 2:39, we also know that God calls everyone. However, with some people this becomes more clear to us than with others!
This is truly the case with Elisabeth. When Katrine invited her to Bible Talk at the university during the first week of classes, she immediately responded “I’m interested”. From this moment on it was very clear to us that God was pulling her – as we studied the Bible with her she responded and clearly showed her heart by repenting and taking steps in faith – in many areas even before we ever challenged her or had studied specifically about a topic. She was eager to be baptized, and now, a month later, she is our sister! Since March then, God has blessed the campus ministry in Bergen and made it grow from 3 to 7 students in 6 months.
