Greater Baltimore Church of Christ Teen Ministry 2011 Summer Internship

This summer we are searching for 2 interns (1 male, 1 female) who will be interested in serving in the greater Baltimore area with our teen ministry. Interns will be serving from June through August and will be provided a modest monthly stipend.

Interns will have an opportunity to be trained in the ministry, acquiring valuable ministry leadership skills.

Training will include:

Training in how to lead teens through Bible studies to help teens to make a personal decision to follow God
Strengthening and building deep convictions among the teens
Leadership training in leading the teen ministry and determining/evaluating health, spiritual focus, events and other details around the ministry
Ministry disciplines about managing time, managing ministry calendar and schedules, and interacting with a church staff
Collaborating and communicating with parents and staff to strengthen teen and family relationships
Preaching and teaching to groups/church
and other valuable ministry leadership skills
