The one thing you can do, everyday… and never ever get to the end – is seeking God!!!!
How can you ever come to the end of someone that does not end? 🙂 You could explore His LOVE – Forever! And never get to the end of it! You could explore his Glory, Majesty, Holiness your entire life, and never get close to the end!
Seek and you will find! What a great promise! I can study night and day – but there is no guarantee I will get into Harvard. I can practice tennis all day, but there is no guarantee, I will make it as a Professional. I can buy flowers and write poems and brush my teeth 3x a day – but there is no guarantee Lena is going to want to Marry me :). ( I am glad I
got through that one 🙂 )
The one thing you can do today. And tomorrow – That I can guarantee that you are not waisting your time. That you will definitely have 100% Success. You can seek God!!!! Cause if you seek – You will find!
That is what we did in August 2011. We headed out to the Carpathian Mountains. Lena and I went to teen camp with about 100 teens and great hearted disciples willing to serve the teens! Â We climbed up on the mountain, ready for the LORD to pass by. We looked for him in the Mountains, we looked for him in the stars… but most importantly we were waiting to hear His whisper. We came to find God! We came to seek Him! To see Him – in a way that we had never seen Him.
Each day had its own focus. What we wanted to look for! The prayer was not to teach how to respond to God, but who is God. The hope that a clear vision of God and all of his amazing qualities, would change our hearts and lives.
God did more than we could have asked for or imagined! With very few teens studying the bible going into camp, God turned hearts back to Him, and many started to study the Bible! Seven weeks have passed and we have seen 20 teen souls added to His family! Many more are studying the bible and moving towards becoming Christians!
Praise God for youth with the courage to take a stand for Christ!
